Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds — however, we want you to be happy with your purchase and your experience with us.

If your item isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange for another item from our current or future collections.

 

Exchange Conditions

• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

• Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags attached

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

 

How to Request an Exchange

Please email us at hello@ssvn.co.uk with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange. Let us know if you’d prefer something available now or would like to wait for a future collection drop.

• Sale items and limited drops are also final sale and may not be eligible for exchange

• Shipping charges are non-refundable
